The Best Matcha Latte!

So this is one of my favourite ways to drink Matcha. It’s extra tasty, has that awesome matcha health kick and is super easy to make.

Ingredients

  • Milk of your choice almond/coconut/cows milk – 1 cup
  • honey – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lean & Green Organic Matcha Tea – 1/2 teaspoon
  • vanilla extract – 1/2 teaspoon

Put the milk in a pan add the honey and vanilla extract ( be sparing or it will be too sweet ) heat it up but don’t boil it or the milk will burn.

Boil the kettle and make a “shot” of matcha by whisking it up in your latte mug.

Once your milk is ready you can froth it up by putting it in a cafetiere and pumping the handle up and down. It’s a neat trick and it totally works a charm!

pour the hot frothy milk to the shot of matcha using a spoon to stop the froth coming out until the end.
